The Italian spinone…
I know what your thinking …never heard of them?Well we have a treat today… a chat with the stunningly beautiful Florence Fantastico …the most beautiful creature to leave Italian shores since Sophia Loren 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕I honestly had not heard of them or seen until this beauty appeared on my timeline and kindly agreed to chat.I must warn you,look into those eyes for more than a second and you will be hypnotised.
Florence could you tell us a little bit about your family.where do you live ..?
I live with my mum and dad in a small village called Hightown on the Sefton Coast, north of Liverpool. This means I have the beach and dunes literally on my doorstep. My grandad lives nearby, and I get lots of treats from him!
Are you a family pet or a working dog?
I am a pampered pooch. My breed are duck retrievers, but I prefer to simply watch the birds….for hours!
Ive never met a Spinone .. you are quite rare right?
I think so. Everyone stops my mum and dad to ask what breed I am; most people think I’m a wire haired pointer, or a wolfhound!
Are you a very high energy dog..you look like you might be very fit ..?
I can run for hours, but I do sleep a lot too!
Do you like cats ..not to eat i mean..can you live with cats or other pets?
My puppy family had cats, so I am just interested in them. I don’t chase, just wag. I’ve recently been in a home with a cat for 10 days and I think I liked him more than he liked me!
If i was going to get a spinone puppy what advice would you give me ?
Do it but first make sure your entire house is painted in wipe clean paint because when I shake, I shake!
Good looks aside .. are you high maintenance ..do you have a special diet?
No: I am a simple girl. Royal Canin dried food and the occasional sausage kong from my grandad.
What are your favorite treats?
Sausage kongs, cheese and olives (oh Florence how very Italian)
Where is your favorite place ?
Any where my mum and dad are. I particularly love Anglesey
You are a pure breed dog,Could you give us some advice on how you to choose a good breeder?
My mum found me on the Champ Dogs website. My puppy mum and dad weren’t only interested in the money, but on finding loving homes, so mum was asked to email saying why she should be considered to love me. Happily for me, they thought she was a perfect match. I still have my puppy blanket and first toy,moo, from my mummy Lou.
If you were to describe Florence in three words what would they be?
Funny, gentle and entertaining!
Well folks what can I say,I think I might be in love 😍 I hope Daisy or Mairead are not reading ..I could be in the doghouse myself.I think you will agree Florence is a beauty,and we are delighted she took time from her lavish lifestyle to brighten up our day.
